Second Generation Family Owned and Operated
Guy Smith started his construction career in Orange County during the 1970's, sweeping job sites as a young adolescent for his father. In 1987, The family and business moved to beautiful Lake Arrowhead and have operated ever since. Natural Design Construction serves all mountain communities including Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, Crestline, Big Bear, Blue Jay, and Arrowbear to name a few. Guy prides himself on craftsmanship, quality work, and having a skilled eye for building in the unique San Bernardino County Mountain Communities.
